Goldi AI - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Goldi AI mobile app or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Mavtao Pte. Ltd. ("Goldi," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Services

Goldi is an AI-powered wellness and food tracking app. Core features include:

• Photo-based meal logging
• Nutrition summaries and scoring
• AI coach feedback
• Wellness gamification modules

We may add, modify, or remove features without notice.

4. Account Registration

You must register an account via email, Apple ID, or Google to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and agree not to share login credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., Goldi Plus or Goldi Glow). By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges via App Store or Google Play
• You acknowledge all sales are final unless otherwise required by law
• Refunds must be requested via the respective app store

You can manage or cancel your subscription via Apple or Google account settings.

6. User Content

You may upload meal photos and share interactions ("User Content"). You retain ownership, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use anonymized content to train AI models
• Improve product features
• Share publicly (if fully de-identified)

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload:

• Non-food images
• Harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Content promoting unsafe dietary practices

We may remove any content at our discretion.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt unauthorized access to Goldi systems or other user accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All Goldi trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by Mavtao Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

9. Health Disclaimer

Goldi does not provide medical advice. The Services are for informational and lifestyle purposes only. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any dietary changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Goldi is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI predictions or nutrition data
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Mavtao Pte. Ltd. against claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your User Content

13. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified via app or email. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
